As its name implies, this delicious cut comes from the belly of the pig. This area is extremely high in fat, the thing that gives the meat its famous flavour. Because it is, our Master Butcher leaves the skin on so you can enjoy that perfect crackling.

We only use free range pork that’s been raised outdoors on grassland for most of the year. Sourced from the wonderful green fields of Co. Wicklow, they’re provided with a natural relaxed atmosphere and extremely high animal welfare standards. All this ensures the fantastic flavour of our famous pork products.

Yes, all products are cut fresh to order so they are perfect for home freezing.
Always remove your meat from the refrigerator one hour before cooking. Allow it to get to room temperature. When finished cooking, always allow your meat to rest for 10 minutes before carving.
