Yes, we are following all Government guidance to help us continue to serve you throughout the Covid-19 crisis. All our butchers are wearing face shields. We have clear signage throughout our store to help you and our other valued customers maintain social distancing. While we are still accepting cash, we would ask that you pay with card where possible. We are doing all that we can at this time to ensure your safety as best we can while you are shopping with us.
- Any employee who observes or encounters symptoms will be made stay at home
- Each employee will practice thorough and frequent washing of hands
- Customers can avail of hand-sanitising touch points throughout the store
- All staff will wear appropriate Personal Protective Equipment throughout their shift
- We offer contactless delivery

We deliver to anywhere on the island of Ireland.
Free Delivery of all orders over 60.00 euro (Dublin Only). Orders of less than 60.00 euro will incur a flat rate delivery charge of 13.00 euro.
To ensure it’s as fresh as when it left our store, your purchase is delivered by temperature controlled refrigerated van in superior, eco-friendly insulated packaging, specifically designed for the transportation of temperature-sensitive goods.
All deliveries outside Dublin but within the Republic of Ireland will incur a flat rate delivery charge of 13.00 euro.
To ensure it’s as fresh as when it left our store, your purchase is shipped in temperature controlled eco-friendly boxes by our shipping partner DHL, in superior, eco-friendly insulated packaging, specifically designed for the transportation of temperature-sensitive goods.
All deliveries to Northern Ireland will incur a flat rate delivery charge of 30.00 euro.

Nationwide Deliveries All orders placed before 1 p.m. Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, will be delivered the following day. All orders placed after 1.00 p.m. on Thursdays will be delivered on the following Tuesday, with the exception of bank holiday weekends. Please note in some remote parts of the country, delivery can take up to 2 days.

Our policy is valid for a period of 1 calendar day from the date of the purchase. If you receive your order and are not satisfied for any reason you can return the product for a refund. If the period of 1 days has lapsed since the purchase, we can't, unfortunately, offer you a refund.
Refund Requirements The following criteria must be met to qualify for a refund:
- Product is defective
- Product is not as described
In order to ensure the above criteria has been met, all returns will be inspected. If the product does not meet the listed criteria, we reserve the right not to issue a refund. Perishable goods are completely exempt from being returned.
Proof of Purchase To complete your refund, we require a receipt, purchase order or other proof of purchase. Please note that without the aforementioned proof of purchase, we will not issue a refund but will provide you with a store credit instead.
Shipping Items In order to return an order, you must contact us first. Visit any of our retail locations to return your items purchased through our online store. Our staff member will process your return or exchange for you. You must take care to ensure that the goods are properly packaged so that they will not be damaged while in transit. If the product is found damaged or used beyond what it takes for us to reasonably inspect it, then we may reject a refund.
