While we don’t do what we do for awards, our great success is a source of pride for everyone that is responsible for it including our butchers, apprentices, cash-desk assistants, sales reps and van drivers. We are each humbled that you, our valued customers, continue to come back to us year upon year. So thank you.
Mixing quality craftmanship with traditional methods, our pork is free range, our chickens are raised naturally and our beef is grass fed.
We work side by side with our select list of experienced purveyors to ensure that the quality of our meat is pristine year-round.
When receiving their weekly order, our butchers meticulously hand-select every individual piece so only the highest quality cuts are used.
Rick is a fourth-generation Master Butcher from Dublin. He started out as an apprentice under the guidance of his father Tony Higgins at just 17 years of age. It was during this time that he learned the skills and commitment-to-quality that has allowed his family business to flourish for more than 140 years.
