Our higher-welfare pork rack is cut from the rib area of the loin. Because of this, it contains more fat, making the pork even more flavoursome. What’s more, our Master Butcher leaves the skin on so you can enjoy that perfect crackling.
We only use free range pork that’s been raised outdoors on grassland for most of the year. Sourced from the wonderful green fields of Co. Wicklow, they’re provided with a natural relaxed atmosphere and extremely high animal welfare standards. All this ensures the fantastic flavour of our famous pork products.
