Wagyu simply means ‘Japanese cow’. Developed over centuries, it holds the highest-possible quality rating (A5) awarded by the Japanese government.

Kobe Wine Beef is from the Hyogo prefecture.

Wine is known for containing high levels of polyphenol. By adding fermented grapes to this pure blood Wagyu’s feed it reduces stress levels, improves circulation and the overall health of the cattle resulting in an awesome flavour from some of the world’s most exquisite beef.
