Our dry aged organic free range chickens are raised naturally for 82 days Regan’s Farm in County Wexford. Their entire organic farm is certified, so no pesticides, herbicides, antibiotics, hormones or Genetically Modified products are used. We then dry age them in store which ensures the highest-quality taste.

All our poultry is 100% Irish and instantly and fully traceable back to the farm on which it was reared. Our organic free range chickens are slow grown which means they have long happy lives. Yes, all products are cut fresh to order so they are perfect for home freezing.
Always remove your meat from the refrigerator one hour before cooking. Allow it to get to room temperature. When finished cooking, always allow your meat to rest for 10 minutes before carving.
Yes, we can trace each piece of meat that enters and leaves our premises. We use a cloud-based traceability and HACCP system with the latest software that is available to us.
