Although its name suggests otherwise, pork butt actually comes from the upper part of the shoulder. The most common cut used for pulled pork, it’s quickly become a staple for food vans and barbeques across Ireland.
We only use free range pork that’s been raised outdoors on grassland for most of the year. Sourced from the wonderful green fields of Co. Wicklow, they’re provided with a natural relaxed atmosphere and extremely high animal welfare standards. All this ensures the fantastic flavour of our famous pork products.
