This unique pig is a native breed of Spain, and it’s genetically blessed with natural marbled meat, much like Kobe beef, rendering it superbly buttery and tender.

A unique cut taken from from the neck end of the loin of the acorn fattened pig. This cut is extremely tender, succulent & full of flavour due to it’s generous amount of intramuscular fat.
