Our famous gourmet sausages are made with natural hog casings. They’re then filled with whole cuts of the finest free range Irish pork. The authentic, and best, way to eat them is on a bun covered in Sauerkraut (German onion).

We only use free range pork that’s been raised outdoors on grassland for most of the year. Sourced from the wonderful green fields of Co. Wicklow, they’re provided with a natural relaxed atmosphere and extremely high animal welfare standards. All this ensures the fantastic flavour of our famous pork products.
