Raised on approximately only 40 farms in the Segovian province certified to rear authentic Segovian milk fed Pork. The Farms are typically passed from generation to generation.

Farmers must adhere to strict stipulations that older animals be fed only cereals and the offspring are fed only ‘mothers milk’

The meat is unbelievably tender, so succulent that it literally falls off the bone.

The creaminess of the meat is an experience to remember.

Always remove your meat from the refrigerator one hour before cooking. Allow it to get to room temperature. When finished cooking, always allow your meat to rest for 10 minutes before carving.
