Unlike some other meat products, our higher-welfare pork shoulder comes from exactly where it’s named – the shoulder. This beautiful cut is best enjoyed braised or slowly roasted and is absolutely perfect on a barbeque.
We only use free range pork that’s been raised outdoors on grassland for most of the year. Sourced from the wonderful green fields of Co. Wicklow, they’re provided with a natural relaxed atmosphere and extremely high animal welfare standards. All this ensures the fantastic flavour of our famous pork products.
